SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correct and includes all required information. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to a processing time that is different than the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. There are a number of factors regarding shipping times, standard domestic orders may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard domestic orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. For US domestic orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. International order fees and taxes vary and are based at a $35 shipping fee. Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order. If you receive any shipments from legacytrainme.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
No refund will be issued for lost, abandoned, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or refused shipments. We ship orders to the address provided, and are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. If you have not received your package, then please check the tracking number that you received from us. If the tracking number states the package has been delivered and you still haven't received it, then please follow up with the shipment carrier package was mailed with. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURN POLICY
All returns are refunded in the form of store credit. We do not issue store credit for the original shipping charges. Please be sure to send your items back in full accordance with our return policy: Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. You items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached, To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories are not allowed to be returned. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing. When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order. All returns are refunded in the form of a store credit. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number when shipping back your returns. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your returned item(s) are received by us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
